Small cafeteria at Shardeni owned by Patriarchate

It is small, cheap, simple and quite cozy local cafe. I really like it since discovered 3 years ago.

The Cafeteria with no name really is very simple, offers Georgian traditional pastry (lobiani, khachapuri), tea and coffee in very low prices. My favourite is lobiani, probably one most tasty in the city. Two pies and two teas costs just 3 Lari (1.80 USD)! In this place is not allowed to smoke or drink alcohol. When outside is much warmer, you can take a place at terrasse at the small park.

By the way, all pastry is coming from the bakery, located downstairs in basement. To enter the bakery just go up to the building’s corner at the stylized old tramway coach and you will see the entrance.
