Incredible sharp, salty taste makes this cheese very usable in salads, khachapuri’s (cheese pie), with mchadi (corn bread) and other kind of bread.

During the summertime more salt for best preservation added, but in more cold weather the addition of salt has been decreased.
So, it sound it is no artificial preservatives, only salt, what makes this cheese, as well as other local cheeses popular also for more accurate person in case of healthy food. Love it!
