Badrijani, or simply aubergine


The preparation of this extremely tasty dish is very simple:

1. Slices prewashed eggplant along.
2. Slightly drop salt to both sides of slice and stick them together for some hours for getting away bitter taste.
3. Pres for getting away remaining water and cook in a hot pan with big amount of vegetable oil until brown.
4. Leave for getting cold, spread thin mayonnaise, prepared with chopped garlic, black pepper and parsley, lock them with inside mayonnaise.
5. Leave in a fridge for a night. Ready! Enjoy!
