In 2008 hardly bombed and destroyed by Russia, but almost fully recovered Gori has it’s own university and big military garrison, over which you can see a huge Georgia flag, which shows to occupants how small and negligible they are.

P.S. Please note, in this post as well in all future posts, sometimes I will show my attitude to Russia, as country, but it doesn’t mean I have same attitude to the Russians as folk. Actually, I have Russian friends and love them as all other friends, so please don’t mix it all. Thanks
